Winter Deliciousness

One of our most faithful clients hosted a dinner for his lady love's birthday. We greeted the guests with a parmesan crisp holding truffled goat cheese and a glass of champagne, of course.




frisee salad, soft boiled egg, crispy pancetta


roasted filet of turbot, carrot puree, micro green salad


mexican chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, cinnamon cream
