A Summer's Lunch

We created this menu for a client who wanted a light and elegant lunch. We greeted guests at the door with gazpacho and a glass of Spanish Cava. I do believe that is the way to start the afternoon!


gazpacho soup shot, sweet crab, chive
baby watercress salad, soy roasted pepitas, jicama batons, orange supremes, avocado

roasted Chilean Sea Bass,  corn and tomato  salad, basil water

ginger panna cotta
