Winter Deliciousness

One of our most faithful clients hosted a dinner for his lady love's birthday. We greeted the guests with a parmesan crisp holding truffled goat cheese and a glass of champagne, of course.

Fall Squash

I am extremely lucky to work with but also be friends with some amazingly talented people. Mel Barlow took these beautiful photos of a lunch we did for some event planners and designers. I am always proud of our food but Mel captures it in a way that takes my breath away. 

I love this one. It reminds me of dinner at Gramercy Tavern, one of my most favorite restaurants in New York.


Marco from Stonekelly styled the table for us. The fall colors made such a cozy setting and matched beautifully with our menu.

A Summer's Lunch

We created this menu for a client who wanted a light and elegant lunch. We greeted guests at the door with gazpacho and a glass of Spanish Cava. I do believe that is the way to start the afternoon!
